Let’s take another look at Fostoria Century. Last week I shared pictures of a couple Heisey patterns that have similar curlicue rim designs, Lariat and Athena, but truly you are unlikely to mistake Century for anything else.
Besides the rim, the shapes are distinctive, as this three-footed Century tidbit shows. It’s such a graceful piece, with the curled and curvy lines and curled feet. I like this shape!
