Miss America Pink Depression Glass Sherbet
Happy Birthday to Pink Saturday! Beverly of How Sweet the Sound started this fun blogfest two years ago.
It’s time for cake and ice cream, of course, and we’ll use Miss America pink depression glass to make it special. This is the footed sherbet on the left, perfect if you would like a dish of something cold and sweet. I like that square foot and the way the square echo the square little diamond shapes.
Of course we need a plate for the cake. Let’s see, how about the matching Miss America salad plate? This is big enough for your cake with the ice cream right by it and a few strawberries to the side.
