I was glad to find this Fruits green depression glass luncheon plate at an estate sale last month. It’s a pretty piece, in perfect condition, and the design is clear and easy to see
Center has cherry cluster and the rim alternates cherries, pears and grapes. The rim has a vertical optic.
Fruits is pretty although you don’t see it real often. Hazel Atlas made Fruits in green, pink and crystal with the green easier to find here in Michigan.
One piece I bought at an auction when I first started with glass (don’t ask, I paid about 10 times what it was worth) was an iridescent tumbler with a design of mixed fruits around the rim. I wasn’t sure what it was then and I’m still not sure. (Tumbler sold long ago and my photos aren’t the best.)
The bottom has more fruit, all mixed up.
Per photos on Replacements and Gene Florence’s book, Hazel Atlas Fruits green tumblers have pears while pink ones have mixed fruits. Federal made some iridescent depression glass tumblers with fruits and apparently other companies may have done so too.
This little tumbler is still a mystery!
