Merry Christmas to all of you and thank you for reading our Pink Posts each week. In honor of our Savior’s birth I am showing our very finest piece of elegant depression glass, the Tiffin Classic etched footed pitcher.
If you’ve read any of our posts about Hocking Cameo this may look a little similar. Tiffin Classic has an etched lady dancing with scarves and birds surrounded by scrolls and swags. Dancers were popular motifs in the 1920s and early 1930s and Classic is Tiffin’s best known of the genre.
This pitcher is beautiful. It is also expensive at just under $600. Pitchers tend to be pricey pieces of vintage glass and of course this is desirable pattern in the color of choice.
As my gift to you for your interest in vintage glass, please enjoy coupon Christmas2010 and receive 15% off your order today through December 26 at our store Cat Lady Kate’s Elegant and Depression Glass. You can use your Merry Christmas coupon on anything with no minimum purchase. It’s my small way to say thank you. Of course if you would like to get this pitcher it is a great time to do so!
Thanks for visiting our Pink Saturday pink depression glass post this week, and as always a big thank you to Beverly of How Sweet the Sound for organizing this fun event. Please be sure to visit the other bloggers to see how pink we can be.
