Georgian Elegant Depression Glass Pink Ruffled Rim Bowl
Isn’t this pretty? Such a luscious color of pink and just the right amount of ruffles. Sadly, it is a mystery piece. I don’t know who made it.
Both Cambridge and Fenton made pink Georgian glass with ground base rims. I’ve read tips for identifying Cambridge Georgian but the methods are not foolproof.
But you know what? You don’t have to have the full name of a piece to enjoy having something pretty. This little bowl is perfect for that little spot on the side table. It’s a good size to float flowers or hold candy, especially for this holiday when we all enjoy having little treats out to enjoy.
