Every time I see these Rose Point juice stems I think of a lovely Sunday brunch with friends. You could serve orange juice or mimosas in these to elevate your meal to special! You can see the recipe for mimosas at the end of this post.
Glass companies made juice glasses in their popular patterns, like Rose Point and it’s intriguing to imagine how the first owners used this. Did they have Sunday brunches? Wedding showers? Did they leave them in the china cupboard or use them for wine?
Our families in the 1940s and 1950s were transitioning from formal entertaining styles to more casual. Juice goblets were not in the Big 3 for stemware – water, wine and sherbet – but they obviously sold.
Dave and I have Rose Point crystal but we don’t have the juice. We have the footed ice tea we use for a water glass and the water goblet we use for wine. That doesn’t stop me from imagining how I’d use the juice tumblers. I close my eyes and dream of an elegant breakfast on Christmas morning. Bliss!
Mimosa Recipe

Mix well.
To serve 4 people use 1 cup of champagne and 3 cups of orange juice. This will fill each person’s Rose Point Juice Tumbler twice.
