Today let’s take a break from pink depression glass and look at your other must-have to set a fine table, elegant china dessert plates from French china maker Tressemann and Vogt. Most of us mix glass and china after all, so let’s look at this high quality Limoges dinnerware.
These rose sprigged plates are marked T&V France and a bit of research shows the mark dates to 1892 to 1907. This is high end dinnerware on par with Haviland, with thin translucent china, lovely scalloped shapes and refined beautiful decoration.
You can see these pretty plates combined with Heisey Gayoso pink goblets in a Tablescape Thursday post. The combination works great since all the pieces have an elegance and graceful vintage charm.
Thanks for visiting our Pink Saturday pink depression glass post this week, and as always a big thank you to Beverly of How Sweet the Sound for organizing this fun event.
Shopping information: These pretty plates are available in our store Cat Lady Kate’s Elegant and Depression Glass.
