If you’re a frequent reader you have seen several tablescape posts lately that mixed and matched glass. In fact you’ve seen these two patterns of glass – Swirl and Lido – before but not quite this combination. I saved the best for last!

This table combines Swirl ultramarine teal depression glass place settings – plates, cups and saucers – with Fostoria Lido etched crystal stemware. Both patterns have pleasing curves. They make me happy just seeing them together!
I really like how the sparkling crystal stemware perks up the darker ultramarine color. It adds light and looks great.

Next you can see a few pieces of pink Swirl combined with its ultramarine sister. The crystal helps pull the pink and teal together.

How would you use this combination? Would you put a few pieces of pink and teal together? Would you use the sparkling crystal stemware? How do you like our series on mix and match tablescapes? I wanted to show you how great tables can look with even a few pieces or an eclectic mix of patterns. I hope this gives you ideas how to mix up your tables too!
My thanks to Susan from Between Naps on the Porch for hosting this fun event.
